Nagabai Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction & Consent

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the Nagabai platform ("Site", "Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member", "player"). By using Nagabai, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full
• You are at least 18 years old or of legal age under the laws of your country

2. Account Registration & Use

2.1 Account Creation

To create an account on Nagabai:

• If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be suspended and any winnings forfeited

• Report any suspicious activity to us immediately

2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

Providing false or incomplete information at registration will result in account closure and all balances may be forfeited. Failure to pass the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process may result in withdrawal holds.

3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amounts may vary depending on the payment method
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name
• Deposits can be made via mobile banking, electronic wallets, or bank transfer
• Using a third-party payment account may result in account suspension
• Deposits are non-refundable, but unused funds remaining in your gaming account may be withdrawn

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours

• Every bonus carries a wagering requirement (typically deposit + bonus x a specified multiplier)
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirements

• Bonuses must be used within a set validity period; they will be automatically cancelled upon expiry
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game session is interrupted due to a technical issue, Nagabai will verify and restore the correct balance. However, Nagabai is not liable for losses caused by connectivity issues or device failure.

• Unexpected technical errors or server downtime

8. Account Suspension or Closure

Nagabai may suspend or permanently close an account at any time under the following circumstances:

• Suspicion of fraud, deception, or illegal activity
• Failure to verify identity
• Self-exclusion or responsible gaming requests

8.2 Member's Rights

You may request to close your account at any time. Any verified balance may be withdrawn before closure, but bonus funds will be forfeited.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Nagabai reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• A notification may be sent by email for significant changes
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms
